Items on Rent Reminder Set Up

Set Up for the Items on Rent Notification:

Control Center > Store Manager > Reminder Templates > New > Items on Rent
Set the Day of the Week
Check Box to Include Attachments (optional)
Check Active box
Update the Subject and email message
Save within the Reminder
Save Store Manager

Customer Center > Customers > General Information Tab > Email Addresses > A/R:  must be completed
Customer Center > Customers > General Information Tab > Statements:  E-Mail
Customer Center > Customers > Detail Information > Reminders - Email/SMS > Send: E-Mail
Customer Center > Customers > Detail Information > Reminders - Email/SMS > Items on Rent:  As PDF, Dump to Xlsx, Dump to Xls, or Dump to CSV

If you want the notice to go to more than the one email, then set up to go to a Contact.
Customer Center > Customers > Contacts > Email Address:  must be completed.
Customer Center > Customers > Contacts > Email Address:  check 'Sent A/R Emails'
Customer Center > Customers > Contacts > Reminders - Email/SMS > A/R Reminder:  Email
Customer Center > Customers > Contacts > Reminders - Email/SMS > Items on Rent:  As PDF, Dump to Xlsx, Dump to Xls, or Dump to CSV
